General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Products & Services

Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order. As such, variations in wood grain, engraving depth, or material appearance may occur and are considered normal.

Custom Orders

Custom projects require customer approval before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

Payments

All payments must be completed at the time of order. Custom deposits are applied toward final project totals.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final except in cases of damage or verified production error.
