Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Southern Parrish Collective are final.

Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

We will replace or correct an item only if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was received
• There is a verified production error on our part

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom design deposits are applied toward the final project total and are non-refundable once the design process has begun. Production will not begin until final approval is received from the customer.
